Green chilli – 2
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Curd – 1/2 cup
Fried onion – 2
Salt to taste
*For cooking rice & Dum cooking:
Basmati Rice – 2 cups
Water – 4 cups
Bay leaf – 1
Cardamom – 4
Black cardamom – 1
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon stick- 1
Shah Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Green chilli – 2
Fried Onions (birista) - (4 tbsp)
Mint leaves - around 10- 15 leaves
Saffron milk
Ghee- 1 tbsp
