An ode to hummus, my most favourite dip.

Recipe:

1 x can chickpeas (19oz)
Zest + Juice of 2 lemons
1 x clove garlic
1 x tbs tahini
1 x tbs olive oil
A pinch of salt
2 x tbs ice cold water (if you want to thin it out a little)

Serve with pickles and pita and you won't go far wrong.
