Hi tea kadai kitchen families, 🔥🌹
We have step-by-step instructions and a classic Jangiri recipe today. This traditional, original Jangiri recipe is made especially for Deepavali and comes with loads of helpful instructions and notes to cook it simply at home. My eyes have been obsessed with making it at home for years, but for some reason, I've always felt that it would be too difficult. When I asked my YouTube viewers for suggestions for Diwali recipes this year, this one was the most requested! It was something I had been meaning to achieve for years, but with a little encouragement from you guys, it finally became a reality!
Jangiri, also known as Imarti, is a traditional dessert made from urad dal that is covered in sugar syrup and deep-fried. Although jangri and jalebi share a similar shape, these two candies are completely different from one another. While Jangri is produced from soaked urad dal, Jalebi is created with maida. In contrast, I find jalebi to be easier—possibly because I've done it before. In an attempt to perfect the recipe, I tried Jangiri twice in one weekend, and I should admit that it does get easier with experience.🥰🥰
