Welcome guys here's a 1st impressions gameplay video of the fantastic PS5 launch exclusive DeathLoop by Arkane studios, the talent behind the excellent Dishonoured franchise.
It's a masterpiece blend of FPS, that pays homage 2 classics like n64 golden eye, bioshock & dishonoured! You play an agent stuck in a deathloop. You're suffering amnesia & have till the day ends 2 murder your enemies before they kill you. The gameplay mechanics are fantastic with great use of the dual sense haptic feedback on the controller that immerses you in the gunplay. The 3d audio is punchy with fantastic surround sound & the music rocks. The gameplay is open ended & you have an impressive sandbox environment 2 play within. There's also great variety in both enemies & levels, with fantastic fluid visuals & animations. The game is treat for the eyes, with a beautiful sense of smoothness & fluidity at a buttery smooth 60fps.
There's just so much fun 2 be had in the gameplay & the story is also superb so it keeps you interested & involved in the plot.
The game runs solid with 4k 60fps hi quality visuals & 60fps, a 60fps performance mode & also supports 4k30fps with hi quality raytracing that shows off the lightning & realistic visuals nicely. The RT mode really adds to the grounded feel of the game world & makes everything look that much nicer, with hi grade realistic lighting effects & higher quality shadows throughout.
You also have gadgets galore to dispose your enemies with & the game allows you 2 serve up murder like an appetiser - you can kill in many ways & even chop off heads too!!!
Gameplay is fast, furious & caters for both a single player story campaign & online Multiplayer modes which add nicely to the longevity & replay value.
You must add this 2 your library it really is fantastic. It's already a 10/10 masterpiece on IGN & 88% on Metacritic!
