👋 In todays video we take a look at the all new 2023 BMW M2 and take it on one of our favorite mountain roads! This 2023 BMW M2 has the six speed manual transmission and is the perfect M car! It's practical, comfortable and performance oriented for being the "baby" M car from BMW!
The exterior is completely new, and while a lot of people seem to dislike change, we think it has a great new style to it! Almost has a wide body design already and with some cosmetic changes to your liking, this could look even better! The interior is very nice as well with the tech available! The new screen fits well and the manual is the way to go! You can opt for the DCT which cost more, but it's awesome to see BMW keeping the manual alive! Driving this on these tight roads felt great! Plenty of power and with everything in sport plus, the suspension performed well, brakes did great and the power band was great as well! You could play with each gear which we love, so we didn't have to shift every second, you had room to rev out the car. Shifter is a bit rubbery feeling especially compared to the manual Toyota Supra which is interesting to note, but the clutch pedal is light and this car does have active rev matching which you can turn off. It is so composed feeling and so refined, that it went through this road with ease! Not a ton of drama in this car, with a loud exhaust, it would liven up this BMW for sure, so almost too refined for our liking, but that's not a bad thing! The BMW M4 felt more raw feeling so you have options to go with! Definitely one of our favorites for this road!!
