Nadi pariksha is a diagnostic tool used by Siddhas and helps a Vaidya to understand the pathophysiology of the health issue. It also throws light on some fundamental questions like when the person is suffering, what was the trigger point of the onset of the issue, and what emotions are responsible for creating disturbances in the constitution. At the same time, the client's diet and lifestyle are studied and analyzed rigorously along with the examination of the tongue, eyes, and skin. This analysis takes around 45 minutes to one hour. The outcome of the analysis is explained to the client so that they understand where they are going wrong and what diet and lifestyle changes they have to introduce to bring in complete healing.
