Relax and enjoy this beautiful spring walk under the Japanese cherry blossom in Nara, in central Japan. This late afternoon, I'm taking a relaxing walk along the Sahogawa river 佐保川 not far from JR Nara Station. There are around 5 kilometers of cherry blossom along this river, and today they are in full bloom! The river is about a 15 minute walk from JR Nara station and it's a lot quieter than other more famous hanami spots in Kansai. Walking under the cherry blossom in Japan really seems to capture the spirit of Japan! Hope you enjoy this spring virtual walk in this beautiful area of Nara!
