This video teaches you how to link the skills together in a beginner freestyle progression. By combining warrior leans and warrior rolls to your back for breathing, you will be on your way to swimming smoothly and confidently through the water. You will also learn hand placement and timing which is the essence of the 3/4 catch-up stroke used by elite swimmers.
ABOUT SPLASH FOUNDATION
We believe everyone should have an opportunity to learn to swim. We are a Hong Kong based charitable organisation that teaches people from under-resourced communities how to swim. By connecting those who can swim with those who want to learn, we offer an opportunity that empowers people and delivers results.
DONATE
It costs just HKD 2,000 (US$250) to teach someone how to swim and be water confident. If you would like to support our work, you can donate here: [ Ссылка ]
