1) LCHF Blueberry Swiss Roll Cake
2) 3 Minutes Chocolate Coconut Fat Bomb with Collagen Peptides
Ingredients:
7 OZ of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (approximately 4-5 full tablespoons)
3 full tablespoons of 100% Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoons of Shredded Coconut
1 serving of KEYTO Collagen (we like it because it contains MCT Oil Powder, but you can use an extra tablespoon of Cocoa Powder if you don't have KEYTO Collagen)
1 lime
A pinch of Vanilla Extract
Almonds
Procedures:
Melt coconut oil in a small saucepan on low heat. When fully melted take it off the stove and add cocoa powder, KEYTO Collagen, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract. Zest the lime using a grater (do not grate the entire lime) and mix everything thoroughly until all powder dissolves. Pour the liquid into a muffin pan, add some almonds, place the pan in a freezer for 10 minutes and enjoy
