Syrian government forces bombarded several cities, towns and villages in the opposition stronghold of Idlib province and Aleppo, killing at least 14 people including four children.
The bombardment followed a drone attack on a graduation ceremony on the Syrian government military college in the city of Homs on Thursday which left more than 100 people dead.
The drone attack was believed by the government to have been launched from opposition-held areas although there was no immediate claim of responsibility.
