To celebrate World Book Day on Thursday, 5 March 2020, Thrive LDN will be live streaming to all primary schools in London an immersive storytelling performance of the children’s book Ruby’s Worry, by Tom Percival.
The live stream will be available from Thrive LDN's website at www.thriveldn.co.uk/livestorytelling from 2pm on Thursday, 5 March which is World Book Day 2020 and broadcast from Tramshed in Woolwich.
In partnership with Discover Children’s Story Centre and Bloomsbury Publishing, the storytelling sessions are designed for young children aged 4-7 years old and parents and carers and education staff to encourage early conversations about mental health and to build resilience from a young age.
The storytelling performance runs for around 20 minutes, with another 25 minutes for craft and drawing activities to aid discussion with young children about the story.
