Eminem talks about the problems of living on the United States and its control on the weapons, it's not easy to live without something for defense.
Although it could also be referring to his sentence of 2 years of probation, for the problem with the bouncer on June 23rd, 2000.
An excellent track. There are some differences between this one and the Encore one. The Straight From The Lab version does not have the intro where someone brokes one house's window, as well as the weapon sound throughout the song.
Also, this version has the line "I'd rather see the president dead" uncensored.
