I finally made another 10 minute loop of "it's a small world", and this time it's the absolutely stunning 1964 France version of the song. Despite not having French vocals (Like the 1992 Paris & 1997 Holiday versions, which would definitely be a nice addition alongside this classic audio), this version has the iconic Can-Can Dancers Vocals, mixed with the also iconic and absolutely amazing 1964 France instrumentals. Original to the 1964-65 World's Fair, this classic version has since been played at Disneyland from 1966-93 and since 2003 (Remastered since 2003), Magic Kingdom since 1971 (Remastered since 2005), Tokyo Disneyland since 1983 (Remastered since 2018), and Hong Kong Disneyland since 2008 (Remastered since opening). This is indeed the remaster, but I still think it fits extremely well alongside the many vintage & newer images of this always wonderful scene, as virtually nothing changed when they remastered it in 2003. I think they did get rid of some of the Can-Can Dancers audio in the 2008 HK version, but I see no reason behind this whatsoever, and despite a couple newer images of DL & HKDL (DL taken by me in May 2022) this is indeed the 2002 remaster of the original 1964 audio. Many of the images are of my favorite version in California (Top to bottom, left to right from 1960's, 1971, 2022, 1985, & 1977), but there's also one each from the 1964-65 World's Fair, Magic Kingdom (1977), Tokyo Disneyland (1980's), and Hong Kong Disneyland (2013). I absolutely love the festive and lovely nature of this music, and it's another one of my favorites in this ride, which is saying a lot as it's my favorite ride. I hope you enjoy it!
I do not own any of the audio, nor 8 of the 9 images used in this video. All audio is owned by Disney, and all images are owned by their respective owners.
