✨Mango Kulfi✨
A quick and easy no-cook kulfi which is super creamy and delicious!!
Ingredients
1 cup mango puree
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup condensed milk(adjust to taste)
For garnish some chopped dry fruits and dried rose petals
Method
In blender jar add mango purée,heavy cream and condensed milk blend until smooth paste.Pour the kulfi mixture into small paper cups.Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until frozen.For serving,tear paper cup and the kulfi should slide out easily.Cut in pieces and garnish with some chopped dry fruits and rose petals and serve immediately and enjoy!
