How much money can I deposit into my account?
You can add a minimum of AED1 and a maximum of AED 5,000 of funds in one transaction. Large deposits may be subject to satisfying any additional identity verification checks.
Why was my bank card deposit declined?
We have identified that in many cases a failed deposit is due to the customer's bank not currently processing commercial gaming transactions (MCC 7995). If you are having this issue you could try and contact your bank.
Many popular local banks, such as First Abu Dhabi, Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah, are processing deposits without issue. There are also alternative payment methods available, such as PayBy –www.payby.com
In some instances deposits are blocked because you are located in a prohibited area from which commercial gaming is not permitted. This would include being outside of the UAE, or within the UAE but inside a sensitive geographic area such as a mosque.

Can I withdraw funds from my account?
Yes. You can withdraw both deposited funds and prizes from your account, subject to satisfying any additional verification checks.
