Billions of dollars are lost through illicit financial outflows creating a problem for some African countries to meet their developmental
goals. And most of these finances are leaving African shores for Europe. The High Level Panel on Illicit Financial Outflows says its
working on mechanisms to fight the IFFs. The panel is expected to present its report to the AU Summit in July 2017.
