There is one last chance for federal employees to get a higher pay raise in 2025. The official pay raise amount should be coming out any day now by executive order. Most people think it will stay at 2% but there is a small chance it could be at 4.5% which would match the military pay raise. Federal employee pay raises matching military pay raises is a tradition that goes back years. This video provides some examples of the pay increases we could be seeing.
