In summer there is the alpine time in the mountains. Many farmers take their cows to various alpine pastures. On the one hand, the cows have a naturally laid table with lots of alpine herbs and, on the other hand, the pastureland is maintained.
Today I am accompanying an Alpine family and showing you how a typical Bernese Oberland Alpine cheese is made.
