YSR Telangana Party chief YS Sharmila was detained at her Lotus mansion when she was on her way to the state's CM K Chandrashekhara Rao's Gajwel constituency. Following which she offered aarti to the police officers and instructed them to conduct their jobs rather than obstruct her path. The YSR chief was on her way to Teegul village to express solidarity with the Dalits who were protesting against the TRS government's Dalit Bandhu plan.
