Dr. Cosmas Maduka, Founder & Chairman Coscharis Group delivered the keynote speech at the 3rd FATE Foundation Annual Alumni Conference, September 26, 2018 themed "Building for Scale" at the Muson Center, Lagos.
He spoke about his life and entrepreneurial journey and how through hardwork, dedication, perseverance and focus, he was able to transition from a small trading business to a owning a group of businesses that spans several countries.
He also highlighted the importance of putting in structure and systems as part of the key requirements of scaling.
