Royal IHC designs, builds and supports a variety of vessels and associated equipment across several sectors of the maritime industry. These sectors include; dredging, mining, offshore and defense.
Royal IHC make very big, complex products which require a lot of processes. They were looking for a tool to help them not only visualize and to give an overview of all these processes but also to get control on the interfaces between those processes.
"With using the tool we finally made it clear in the organization how we work together, because we stem from a lot of different smaller units. We're now acting as one organization and with that we can up our operational efficiency."
