The epic superheroes battle between Spider-Man vs Venom takes place in Grand Theft Auto V

Spider-Man (Peter Benjamin Parker) is a high school student and a superhero who possesses spider-like abilities under the alter ego of Spider-Man. Despite his best efforts to keep his identity secret from the world, Spider-Man was recruited by Tony Stark to join the Avengers Civil War, gaining a new suit and technology in exchange.

Venom is a major antagonist in the Spider-Man franchise and is Spider-Man's archenemy. The name has belonged to several different hosts over the years, which means that Venom is indeed the identity of this particular alien Symbiote. The Symbiote named itself Venom and considered itself as a venom for Spider-Man.
