Mandya MP Puttaraju has allegedly abused and threatened a Mines and Geology officer in front of the Deputy commissioner. The officer has been identified as Nagabhushan. Puttaraju allegedly threated Nagabhushan by saying that he won't be spared. Puttaraju reportedly said that he can block the highway and protest if the officer's alleged high-handedness continues in the region. Puttaraju abused and threatened the officials allegedly for stopping mining at Baby hill.
