Binagoongang Manok or Chicken with Shrimp paste recipe is a typical Filipino Dish. You can substitute pork instead of chicken on making the recipe. This is a basic recipe for the Binagoongan but feel free to add and eggplant. You can also add Chili Pepper or Siling Labuyo to spice up your dish. The shrimp paste I used are already cooked and store-bought. It is up to you if you want to cook your own or buy.
