APES Chapter 17.1 Health Hazards and Risk Assessment virtual lecture. This section of chapter 17 focuses on areas that we all run a level of risk with. Specifically, biological, chemical, natural, cultural and because of our lifestyle choices. The greatest risk is death, but that is not the only factor of risk we are concerned with. Often, we look at, evaluate, and make decisions based on a risk factor. And in other instances, we completely ignore them. We will address many of these issues here today.
