The National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) is established pursuant to the NG-CDF Act 2015 as amended in 2016. The objective of the fund is to address poverty at the grassroots level and enhance regional equity in development by setting aside a minimum of 2.5% of the National Government share of annual revenue towards the Fund.
In the course of this four-part series, we will sample projects in Nairobi and its environs to get the feel of the national impact.
