Today I am making my way through several different Passion Fruit Syrups to see which ones I prefer. Brand and cost breakdown are below

More expensive on Amazon than where I get it locally, but still beats all the other commercial brands in pricing by quite a bit.

*Passion Fruit Syrups:*
_These were the prices I could find, but they may be better/worse for you_

Small Hand Foods
$14 for 8.5 oz / $1.66/oz
Sugar/°Bx = 50=
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, passion fruit juice, water

BG Reynolds
$22 for 12.68oz / $1.73/oz
Sugar/°Bx = 35
Ingredients: Water, cane sugar, passion fruit concentrate, xanthan gum

Liquid Alchemist
$20 for 12.68 oz / $1.57/oz
Sugar/°Bx = 36
Ingredients: Passion fruit, water, sugar cane xanthan gum, citric acid

Liber & Co
$14 for 17oz / $0.82/oz
Sugar/°Bx = 55
Ingredients: Passion fruit juice, cane sugar, gum arabic, turmeric, benzoic acid

Funkin Puree + equal parts 2:1 simple syrup
$27 for 2lb 3oz / 1kg
Sugar/°Bx = not tested, but assuming it’s 40 ish
Puree Ingredients: Passion fruit (90%), sugar (10%)

Reàl Infused Exotics
$8 for 16.9oz / $0.57/oz
Sugar/°Bx = 62
Ingredients: Sugar, passion fruit puree, water, natural flavor, sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulfite, malic acid

Pitaya Frozen Pieces
$8 for 12oz
Syrup Sugar/°Bx = 50
Puree Ingredients: Seedless passion fruit puree

To make a 50 Brix passion fruit syrup from Pitaya, multiply your passion fruit by 0.87 and add that much sugar. No heat or blending is required.
