Small groups of people are being allowed out of rebel-held Eastern Ghouta in Syria. More than 100 people have so far left the enclave, which has been under intense government bombardment for three weeks.
At the United Nations, the US is calling for an immediate ceasefire to allow in humanitarian aid.
