This is my decklist for Niv-Mizzet, Parun. It is a strong combo deck that looks to keep the board in check through counter magic and removal while pinging anything and everything for damage.

The deck seeks "Curiosity" type effects to create a loop of drawing and shooting our opponents with our commander. The older Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind also works at the helm, however he is more susceptible to being countered himself.
