I don’t blame the player for reloading here, you get more xp from this quest when you complete it non-violently. If it wasn’t for the wrecked car in the video, I would honestly have my doubts on this being real. His NPC lines read a bit too perfect. I got this from a repost so unfortunately, I do not have the original context to investigate. I’ve watched this clip far too many times than is good for me and I would in fact (based on the empirical evidence) classify this archive entry as “legit”.
