Hello everyone, I will show you my grandma's famous meatloaf recipe today!
You'll only need a few ingredients!
Ingredients:
- Pork loin: 1,5 kg / 3 lbs.
- Onion: 2.
- Mushrooms: 6 - 15 depending on the size.
- Spinach: as much as needed.
- Cheese: 150 g / 5 oz.
- Bacon: 200 g / 7 oz.
- Salt.
- Sweet paprika: 1 teaspoon.
- Dried garlic: 1 teaspoon.
- Coriander: 1 teaspoon.
- Olive oil.
- Butter: 30 g / 1 oz.
- Sugar: 3 teaspoons.
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon.
- Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon.
- Parsley.
- Barbecue sauce.
In the oven at 200 °C / 392 °F for 60 minutes and extra 15 minutes.
