Ingredients for dough:
6 oz cream cheese (room temp)
½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick at room temp)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 medium egg (room temp, large egg is ok as well)
1-2 tsp Pandan paste
1 ½ cup All purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
Ingredients to coat dough for baking:
½ cup confectioner sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
Serving size: 15-20 cookies (dependent on size)
