This Sunday I wanted to bring you a plated that was inspired from my childhood. As cliche British as it sound, as a kid, fish and chips were my go-to comfort food. Now being vegan, I’ve found a way to enjoy and reignite the same feelings of nostalgia while being 100% cruelty free. Enjoy! 💛
The dish: hollow fries, mushy peas, vinegar powder, sea salt, curry sauce, tartar sauce sphere, and oyster mushroom beer battered “fish”.
