Today is the FIRST day of our week long Pilates challenge! join in everyday this week Mon-Sat for a new workout! For today's challenge we are doing a 11 min glutes and obliques pilates at home workout to tone and sculpt the body. No equipment needed for this workout. This is all low impact, we will focus on using controlled movements to build long lean muscles. I appreciate all the support and so glad you picked me to be your workout buddy, let's waste no time and get started!
