(Language: englich/french). Left transcanal revision stapdedotomy for dislocated prosthesis and partially eroded incus. After removal of the previous prosthesis and autograft middle ear exploration reveals a partially eroided incus which is preserved. Ossiculoplasty is performed with a 0.4mm diameter Bucket-type Teflon prosthesis which is postioned underneath the lenticular process.
