In this video I'm looking at the Versus seriers from Dry and Bitter Brewing Company [ Ссылка ] - One beer is a traditional west coast IPA called West of the Moon and the other one is made with London Fog to produce a bitter NEIPA like IPA called East of the Sun.
In the versus series they take the same IPA recipe and makes two different beers with London Fog (WLP0666) and West Coast Ale (BRY-97) yeast - Great and fun beer experiment that we all can learn from.
