½ tsp Xanthan Gum
¼ tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Lemon Zest (add after sifting dry ingredients)
3.5oz/100g cold Butter
¼ cup/55g Cream Cheese cold
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Egg Wash (1 egg, 2 tbsp water)
