According to the Uganda National Roads Authority, completion of some major oil roads has fallen behind schedule due to a shortage of funds from the government.
Officials from the roads authority say they are waiting for the government to conclude discussions on securing loans to facilitate the construction of the critical oil roads in the Albertine Region.
