'Bibhav Kumar slapped me 7-8 times and kicked me,' alleges Swati Maliwal in FIR. AAP MP Swati Maliwal claimed that, while waiting to meet CM Kejriwal at his residence, Kumar assaulted her without provocation. 'He slapped me 7-8 times, at least while I continued screaming,' said Maliwal.

Maliwal further claimed that she told Kumar that she was having her periods, but he continued to assault her. "Bibhav Kumar did not relent and attacked me by kicking me repeatedly in my chest, stomach, and pelvis area with his legs. I was in extreme pain and kept telling him to stop." The former DCW Chif also claimed that no one helped her. "Then when (Kumar) realized that I had called 112, he went out of the room. Bibhav came back with security personnel working at the main gate of the CM camp offices. They came and asked me to leave at the behest of Bibhav. I kept telling them that I was brutally beaten up and that they should look at my condition and wait until the PCR police comes. However, they asked me to leave the premises. I was taken outside the CM residence and I sat briefly on the floor outside the house as I was in deep pain". The shocking allegations came after a Delhi Police team recorded Maliwal's statement at her residence.
