When you look at your life, notice how you are a perfectionist in some areas and disorganized/chaotic in others. The Inner work can be simple if we keep in mind one question - can you accept it as it is? Be mindful of your time, energy and be gentle with your heart in unraveling the many layers of perfectionism.
