Chocolate Cake (Tin size used)
One 8inch round - bottom
Three 6inch round - top

Piping Tips
Grass - Wilton # 233. Layering Icing with - Wilton # 789

White Chocolate Ganache - (did not end up using all this ganache mix as I was not sure how much I needed for the water, you can half this amount to make the water)
250 Grams White Chocolate
125 mls Hot Cream
Blue Food Colouring

Condensed Milk Icing
1 Can Condensed Milk
500 Grams Unsalted butter (room temperature)
Green Food Colouring

5 Crushed Plain Biscuits for sand
1 Can Rondoletti Wafers
Sugar flowers to decorate (brought from my local Cake Supply shop)
