This self-balancing robot was created as part of a bachelor thesis at the University of Stavanger, Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The robot is based on a LEGO© Mindstorms NXT 2.0 kit, with a gyroscope, accelerometer and a multidirectional wheel from HiTechnic. The application on the robot is written in Java, using the LeJOS operating system.
