Marina is the Neuro Oncology Nurse Practitioner employed by The Brain Cancer Group, and leads our care co-ordinating team.
She has over 30 years’ experience as a registered nurse with a Masters of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner.
Marina is a key health professional who is assigned to patients diagnosed with brain tumours with the aim of coordinating their management. Marina also educates and supports patients and their families throughout their treatment.
Marina works alongside the multidisciplinary team.
As a member of the Cooperative Trials Group for Neuro-Oncology; Brain Tumour Alliance Australia & the Brain Cancer Group Marina facilitates educational webinars for staff and patients and lectures for the post graduate Neurosciences course at the University of Technology.
