When preparing the pizza sauce, topping is very important, so in this video, you will discover one of the main secrets of Pizzeria Lo Sbrano. And that's the pizza sauce recipe. Obviously, everyone can have their own way of seasoning pizzas, maybe some people will prefer just the pureed San Marzano peeled pulp, to be seasoned at the moment on the pizza, instead, I would like to tell you about my topping: a sauce made with fine tomatoes sauce, but seasoned and flavored also with oregano, salt, garlic, sugar, and olive oil. Obviously, of all these ingredients I only add a little, which is just enough to make the sauce a little more flavor-full. You can prepare this sauce several hours before and let it rest for a while in the fridge, with a clove of hall garlic inside the pizza sauce or, if time is short, you can prepare it on the spot and use it immediately. With the doses of this sauce, you can season 3-4 pizzas, depending on the amount of sauce used and the size of the pizza.
