Challenge your balance as well a your core with PART 2 of my standing pilates and abs workouts. It's harder than you might think! I created it especially for you after the popularity of the standing workout I filmed in Madeira. This is Part 2 so do check out Part 1! These exercises will work your spine in all directions, strengthen you hips, challenge your balance and you'll do stretches to release those tight muscles. I've also got some new exercises to challenge your core! All standing and with no equipment needed, not even a mat! Just go for it and let me know how you get on!
You can do this workout anywhere, at home or on holiday. It's a simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. I recommend it be done daily to keep you feeling fit and flexible wherever you are. Enjoy!
