This fight is pretty legit. I do like how they nerfed the solo fight so I could easily win with a caster Ramza.

The demon fight is not bad. He knows a bunch of massive aoe spells but they can be somewhat nullified with Shell. He does not spam status effects. He gets stronger magic attack as you hit him so make sure when you do hit him, you hit hard and consistently.
