We can make snacks of our own with different combinations of ingredients. But this is not such a dish, it is a traditional dish which is very famous in Karnataka. A tasty evening snack made with mainly ground nuts, roasted gram, rice flour and maida. Ground nuts, red chillies and curry leaves give the main flavors and taste. This snack will be crunchy, soft and not very hard. We can make them in any sizes. It tastes good if we make it spicy.
Ingredients-
Rice flour-1 cup,
ground nuts- 1/4 cup,
roasted gram 1/4th cup,
maida- 1/4 cup,
bombay soji 2 table spoon,
white sesame seeds- 2 tsp,
red chillies,
hing,
curry leaves,
oil for frying
