Dear God. thank You for constantly blessing me with Your breath of life and peace, and your patience and compassionate love. Please watch over me throughout this day - whether I am at work or asleep, or in sorrow and pain. Father, I put my faith, hope, and trust in You because You are the only One who can give peace, fulfillment, forgiveness, and healing to anyone who comes to You for help and guidance. Likewise, Father, I ask You to completely take over my mind, heart, and soul at this very moment; free me from burdensome and unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and habits. Fill me with Your light and strength so I may withstand all the challenges and trials that come my way. Father. I am grateful for the body You have blessed me with. Your Word reminds me that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I ask for Your guidance in loving and appreciating this precious gift. I acknowledge that I have not always taken care of myself as I should, and I repent.
