This is my go-to Qigong morning routine when I need something gentle and soothing. Gentle Qigong exercises combined with deep breathing offer an opportunity to gradually warm up the body and enhance awareness, deepen your breath and encourage circulation throughout the body. Remember to breathe naturally during the practice, inhaling as you open and expand the body, exhale as you relax and close.
Note:
Although challenging at the beginning ( to follow and learn the movements) this no voiceover routine is a good opportunity to focus on your body, your breath and your practice. I would highly recommend practicing this routine daily at your own pace to get familiar with the movements and once you do, you will enjoy the increased body awareness as well as a more relaxed state. In Qigong the quality and level of your practice doesn't depend on how many movements you know, but how well you can master a few.
