Our Top 3 Pros and Cons of ICF Construction

Building the mockup along with all the research and a couple site visits has really helped us get a better understanding of the pros and cons of building with ICF's. We want to share as much information with every one as we progress through this build so everyone can avoid potential mistakes or at least understand the consequences of a decision. over al I'm extremally impressed with ICF construction like everything it has its pros and cons but the pros really out number the cons for our project. The durability of the walls is going to pay dividends in the harsh climate up on the mountain and I'm confident this house will be around for years.
